GENERAL INFORMATION:
• All prices are per apartment and per week.
• Upon receipt of a written confirmation and deposit, the reservation is binding.
• In accordance with Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code, in the event of a cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
• In the case of a late arrival or early departure you will be charged for the entire reserved stay.
• The above mentioned prices may be updated if a sharp increase in inflation occurs.
• If desired, we will provide you with a cot.
• Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.
• Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
• Apartments are available from 15 o’clock. On departure we ask that you leave by 9.30.
• Prices do not include local tourist tax (€ 1.45 per person per night)
